Very close to Modica centre, just a short walk up the hill. Convenient location next to the bus stops. Ample off-road parking available. Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms

Spent New Year's weekend in a charming B&B in a beautiful hilltop town in Sicily. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfy bed. Best of all, the breakfast spread included fresh melon and mouth-watering ricotta-filled pastries. The B&B's location was ideal, just a short walk to the main street and conveniently situated for exploring the town on foot.
Navigating through the narrow streets to find the B&B was a bit challenging, but once we arrived, the ample and secure parking made up for the difficulty. The only other downside was the language barrier since the owner spoke very little English, but his warmth and friendliness more than made up for it.

Staying at this B&B proved to be a great decision due to its strategic location for tourists. the hotel has easy access to bus stops which will take you directly to all the best places in town. It is also close to the city center, allowing you to explore Modica with ease. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and neat, meeting modern standards. the owner is friendly and helpful, providing plenty of detailed information during your stay. the breakfast is good, with fresh fruits and pastries.
The hotel lacks tea/coffee making facilities in the room, making it difficult who require regular caffeine intake.

Close proximity to Carrefour Express for supplies. Great value for the price. Helpful and responsive hosts. Easy access to nearby towns like Scicli and Ragusa
